I just love Running outdoors, the local trails, gravel road that goes for many kilometers on.
Sometimes the local track.
Just being outside, hearing your shoes crushing the gravel road, sun shining down on your face.
Combine that with 200 push ups per day and also pull ups (my current routine), and you have very good fitness.
Keeping it simple, non complicated but raw and real.
Maybe run more kilometers, maybe you can do more push ups, whatever amount fits you.

I never understood those TikTok idiots 'oh I need this, that, and proteins powder, track my macro's' blah blah blah blah.

These guys still stuff themselves full of processed garbage, literally. And still act weird, when they see their inflammation levels are through the roof and bloated as hell.
Why not buy fresh food from the local farm, or even normal food from the grocery store and eat that?
Do you think ancient humans were tracking macro's, all complicated and stuff? Of course not, they had simple routines, simple and real food. Nowadays modern society deals with cancer, more long term auto immune diseases

@bcroger
Your thoughts on avoiding processed food? And keeping it simple

I was a runner. Now i'm too depressed to run

It keeps me going actually.
I tried looking for Running forums, came across letsrun immediately deleted my account.
Way too many gynocentrism imbeciles on there, absolutely not my vibe and worldview, felt really disconnected

i just like walking

I run into my problems

I hate running and working out, but i do like going on long walks to get some minor movement of my meat sack compared to my 24/7 of sitting and laying down

Yep, But a bit sore from the reps with the dumbell, All in all i love my home gym!

Way better, way more focus if you do it in your garage.
I've been doing it like this for years, don't see a reason to do it anywhere else.
I often buy new equipment such as kettlebells, ropes etc mainly calisthenics natural bodyweight stuff, keeping it raw and real and simple

Yeah, it's kinda make you feel better

And pretty much any space is gynocentric

At least you're not surrounded by loud mouth narcissists
Well i do have a black negro midget woman nearby in another aptment that screams into her phone EACH fucking day
hearable thru the wall, Now she would be the first to go if society broke down, Its bothered me long enough.

Dont know how she can have a good existance when all she does is scream into a phone all day, Meanwhile i enjoy the finest foods at home, I have to listen to this screaming all day, Id love if someone just shotgunned her brains out because im tired of her voice.

Too depressed to work out nowadays, but deep down, I want to get back at it. I want to have a thicker, stronger back especially. Never worked on it in my younger years, and it's catching up to me. Shoulder issues and such.

Do it barefoot. It's better for you, but don't run.

Walk or sprint.
Jogging ruins your joints, man.

I like walking, running is too painful

Used to run, but it fucked up my joints. Now I just cycle, much easier on the bones.

yessir only thing keeping me from roping. currently on route to bench 315lb at 150lb body weight, almost there, I should definitely start running though or els emy heart will give out before the rope takes me

Yeah I like Hiking when I can be bothered to go out, I’m a naturemaxxer.

I just eat a lot of fiber (like 30 g per day) , workout a lot, eat a lot of protein, keep a low BF and eat lots of fruit and veggies.

I eat goy slop every once in a while.

I go to the gym pretty regularily and its pretty fun to see progress. running ive always hated tho, id like to race with people but i have no one to do it with

I often eat salmon too, omega 3 and blueberries too in combination with raw milk.
I've head salmon and blueberries are good for maintaining low inflammation levels.
Don't need that heavily pasteurized milk from the grocery store either, I react bad to it and feel nauseous afterwards, I go to the local farm
