I personally detest both of them, but I still think they were formidable statesmen. I think Stalin was a superior peace time leader and industrializer, while Mao was a better war time leader.

Stalin turned the USSR into a world superpower capable of standing up to burgerland. He has my vote.

USSR was controlled opposition, so is the US but still

Mao on the other hand actually took China forward, and generally was a great statesman. He was also Chinese actually, unlike Stalin who was a Kavkaz with likely Jewish origins

Both would starve or enslave you, the change is mostly aesthetic if anything at all.

China was ridiculous, the maoist women were literally eating men. Fucking stupid country full of chinks

Basically sums it up perfectly

Although I would give the edge to Mao since he never executed members of his inner circle that he detested such as Liu Shaoqi and Deng Xiaoping and merely exiled them or put them under house arrest.

This would be good in the long run since it preserved competent leadership (although I still think Hua Guofeng , Mao's chosen successor, would have been better since Deng Xiaoping introduced too many political freedoms to the Chinese People and many of his initial economic reforms were already formulated while Hua Guofeng was still paramount leader)

China would have been better off maintaining its ruthless police state under Hua Guofeng while modernizing its economy (kind of like the Xinjiang Autonomous Region in modern day China with its omniscient surveillance, concentration camps, and a fast growing economy + innovation in digital surveillance technologies spearheaded by the private sector)

Both are pieces of shit, but Mao is better in today's perspective as an ideologue of political theory. I don't see Stalin's legacy being alive in world politics today. But I see all these green eco-activists doing crazy shit, and I know that all these green movements came from Maoism. I saw BLM supporters burning cities, looting stores, and bringing the police to their knees in 2020, and I know that all these black nationalist organizations came from the Maoist Black Panthers. We can see Woke ( left liberalism ) ( new leftism ) this is also a legacy of Mao and his theories.

Mao literally captured the minds of Western youth in the 1960s and 1970s and those people who today run the political processes in the world were imbued with Maoist ideology, especially West Germany with its Greens. And in general all the green movements are Maoists who turned green after Deng's market reforms.
Again, both Mao and Stalin were shit when it came to the quality of life for the population. Khrushchev and Deng Xiaoping were much greater leaders.

They killed a lot of people so both of them are gigabased in my book

I dislike both but Stalin is worse for being the most important contributor to allies victory in WW2.

People who commit genocides and kill millions are always based
