Whites and rich Asians+Indians try very hard here in CA to stop affordable housing from being built to keep the niggers and spics away. They've been successful up until now.

However things are changing very rapidly as I type this because there was some federal mandate recently I think, for CA to get their shit together as far as building new homes. (the NIMBYism has gotten so out of hand here its insane. home and rent prices are astronomical). The federal government essentially told the racist White and Asian NIMBYs of California to stop being such racist and classist pricks or pay the penalty.

Most likely what will happen is that Whites will move to more rural areas into the interior and create their own self sufficient rich suburbs far away from the niggers and spics that they hate (and fear) so much.

The ones that stay will opt for the gated communities. Its funny because the rich white and asian gated communities here are usually very close to nigger and spic infested ghettos. Thats why I've always been saying that we are headed full speed towards a South Africa/Brazil type of scenario.
