Has any other whitecel noticed a hiring freeze for whites? I have been applying to jobs like crazy as of recently but I haven't gotten any calls or emails, I haven't even received a single "application denied" message.

It's easy to get a job where I live and I mostly live among white people, so DEI isn't really a thing.
The only non-white I have to work with is a jew and we have conflicting schedules because I refuse to work with them. (They are horrible)

This is why you need a trade where it's really outside of the DEI boxes. And in my case I always put a veteran since that's a DEI box.

I can't imagine the absoulete hell it is to get a corpo job without nepotism. My mom used to kick me out of the house for not getting a job at 16
