Depends how you look at it. I'd say it's ethnics whose prospects worldwide have been quickly getting dimmer and dimmer lately, with their fertility rates falling off of a cliff, while they are still stuck at incomes/GDPs per capita that are about a 10th of Western ones.

I've seen people say that conservative white Americans should already have higher fertility rates than India's average, and the fact that the US already has higher fertility than most of LatAm is getting well-known currently.

It's a bit bleaker here in Europe since we have lower fertility than Americans, but even there, we know that rightwingers lead and the more rightwing people are, the higher fertility they have, and the furthest right people are already around replacement rate.
