Where can i write down all the knowledge i have in the brain

Ive seen millions of education videos, I know how to do alot of stuff, So when i die someday, I want my knowledge stored.

Where can i manually input what i know?

Microsoft word and stuff wont work bc harddrives get old and moldy in time and used up, SSDs also have lifespan.

Maybe on paper but that will rot away too, DO i need some kind of old pergament thing to write it on?
