Whenever I load a page here, 4 "phantom notifications" appear for me. Is it just me?

Let's say I should have no notifications. What will actually appear for me for a split second is this.

When I have 1 real notification, that becomes a 5. When I have 2 real notifications, that becomes a 6. Is this happening to anyone else?

Clock on show all and scrolls back, you just have unopened alerts.

It only appears for a split second. Suggesting the notifications aren't actually there. I checked "Show All" and couldn't find any unread notifications.
