This is certainly mainly due to balding. Balding completely ruined me. I regret having dropped finasteride, I started to become paranoid and idk if it was placebo or not but I actually noticed weaker erections and less cum volume. Dropped it after ~8 months of use at 22, I was Norwood 2 at the time (I used my hair long and actually disguised my Norwooding well because my hair is very voluminous) and almost 4 now

I thought about taking it again but it's too late. Also, I can visualize getting the worst of both words, side effects AND balding still.

I still have acne too. It's not nearly as bad as it was as a teenager, but for a 30 yo is definitely above average.

But I don't try to fight against it at all because the scarring was already done and I only have acne in the same spots (cheeks and temples).

Falling off isn't a big deal tbh. The definitive test for balding is: pick a hair from the front of your scalp and another from your nape. If the first one is considerably thinner than the second, you're balding.

It's expensive, I know. Why do not you just save your money and wait until you can afford it?
I also live in Germany like you and many men here go to Turkey to do their hair transplants because it is cheaper there. And they do it very well there too.
Hair systems are also a good option but more expensive than a hair transplant because you have to exchange your hairsystem every 5/6 months. A good hair system usually costs between 1000-1500 Euro here in Germany, so you have to spend between 2000-3000 Euro per year. If that's too much for you, it's better to go for a hair transplant. Think about it.

Do you have facial hair? When I grow my beard out I look super-old.

I shave only like once per month because of laziness and not really having to. But even when I shave I look old. Also my beard is not even full, the sideburns look like what a 15 yo would have in terms of volume.
