Skip to 2:55 for the cutscene start. I remember playing GTA Chinatown Wars on my DS when I was 11 (hiding from my parents as they would never approve this game), just chilling doing the missions and then I see this cutscene of a guy having his literal heart removed from his chest with a knife
Even if you don't see anything those horror screams and the gruesome sounds of flesh and bleeding out really shocked me, I remember my heart racing and thinking "what the fuck I just saw". Funny how in the game I had no problem in killing thousands of civilians or selling drugs but a cutscene about a guy dying in a gruesome way made me feel bad for him and was kinda scary kek.
