Brutal The time everyone laughed at me at summer camp when I was 17

Not really summer camp, I was at this summer residential program for smart kids when I was 17 and one of the 18 year old leaders decided to do this stupid icebreaker thing where we have to like sit in a circle and go around and say which country we want the person next to us to travel to. That's so stupid but that's what we were doing. Anyway it came my turn and the dude next to me was this curry dude (from America) and I couldn't think of any country to say so I just said "Pakistan." And everyone there (like 40 people) burst out laughing at me really hard. It was a bad and dismissive laugh, like "did you hear the STUPID thing he said??" and it went on for a long time. It was brutal. The rest of my time there I just stayed in my room the whole time and avoided everyone, eating by myself (story of my life).

I think they were laughing at me being racist but I didn't mean it that way, I'm just socially retarded in those type of stressful situations.

I remember when I was young, I was sitting at a table with family and friends, and they were acting dishonest, asking why I didn't have a GF (they knew perfectly why that was the case).
