I think it's a false dichotomy. Objectively you must have a Gaussian distribution in the workers of the fields based on their intelligence or potential. However, a higher intelligence that is not cultivated in the initial stages of life atrophies.

But I peaked in high school, Ai has fucked any chance of me ever utilising my painting talents and I have fried my brain too much with internet and depression to utilise my Iq for anything.

Though I have been told that I had a 120 IQ in Childhood I speculate because of the abuse. And because of my behavior throughout my life i'm probably mentally retarded. I'm not too sure i'm too scared to actually take a test. My brain might just be wired differently than the vast majority of people. Or I can actually have a learning disability. Do I need to be institutionalized? I don't know I would love to take advantage of this and milk the system.
