Mine is the rosy maple moth

This is because it has the most fascinating colors and it is fluffy

The rosy maple moth (Dryocampa rubicunda) is a distinctive, small silk moth native to eastern North America, known for its vibrant pink and yellow (or sometimes white) coloration, fuzzy body, and feathery antennae in males.

hornet because i fear it the most

The water-skater. Very hydrodynamic.

Or the dragonfly because it has symbolism to me.

The flannel moth. They look like plush toys.

Thanks for sharing I think it's often called a water strider and I have seen them before thanks

Yes I forgot the exact name

None, I hate bugs

What's the symbolism we want to know that
I found a dragonfly necklace on an airport floor in 2014. My mother told me "you can give it to a girl someday" (age 11). Now, half my life later (22), that never happened. It's a symbol of my enduring isolation from females. I might have misplaced it recently though idk… maybe was left at home.

I don't like bugs however I do like jumping spiders, though they are arachnids not bugs.
I specifically like the zebra jumping spiders.

They are cute and seem very aware of their surroundings. You can see them searching their environment and planning where to jump etc. They are cool to watch.

Jumping spiders either live long or have lots of kids cause I always had a jumping spider around my house

They don't sit around and wait for bugs they are very active so it's common to see them around.

I love Rhinoceros beetles

Walking sticks are cool. One time I was on a nature walk in the woods alone and I saw a mama walking stick with a baby on her back, it was cute. Here's the picture I took of it

tasty creatures :)

Reduviidae, or Assassin Bugs, are my favorite. They're not all too common in my area, but I see them from time to time, and I love watching them do their thing. Mantis is a top second, but gets beaten out because one jumped at me.

i was obsessed with insects when i was a kid but don’t remember much anymore. What i remember was seeing the worlds largest moth in a UK museum when i visited there with my mom
