I agree, if it's by your choice or mental power, it's not bad.

But I think it's bad if others expect you to take it, or force it upon you, or tell themselves "he'll take it sooner or later" (of course these "others" don't know the word whitepill let alone know what it is, I'm just using the analogy here – they'd think "sooner or later he'll accept it" (this may be true, but it may also not be), or "he should just accept your forever alone status already!" (not in these words but you get what I mean)

It’s not something you can “take” as it’s not something that can be internalized by studying evidence like the blackpill can be. You just become whitepilled over time if you’ve learned to ignore the negative parts of life and embrace something positive in your life
