Serious What's with all the Anti Anime going on here as of late?

So I noticed there seems to be alot of anti anime posts and topics from various users here. Does it bother you guys that much that we enjoy anime? Anime,Manga,Waifus and Hentai are some copes we weebcels use to help us through our shitty lives and some of you want that taken from us or to remove our love for this media from our profiles and sigs all together. Would you like it if we wanted you guys to get rid of your ways of coping? I'm sure you wouldn't, so why do that to us? You guys can ALWAYS add us to your ignore list if you're that bothered by us.

Anyway I said what needed to be said, I hope you guys can have a good explanation as to why some of you hate us and our love of the media.
 
There has been a huge influx of anime avi posters since ~August and some have a rather controversial posting style which lead to increased resentment towards the whole group.

That being said it's nothing I'd take too seriously, in the end avi's don't really matter.

Sorry I had to. Anyway I agree. If anime brings you happiness and comfort then more power to you. We can all use more happiness in our shitty lives.
 
Who really cares about what they think? its just an avatar and anime is a great cope but some people will always have an irrational hate for anime, I have seen it hundreds of time on the internet in both normie sites and places like this.

Not only that but at least with Anime and Hentai you don't have that feeling , you don't get sad because it's not real. Most movies and porn are suifuel.

Anime isnt the pure-incel medium it used to be and is very trendy and popular and you have people who wont shut up about it like its some big new thing thats hasnt been around forever. Also everyone is "ironic" about it instead of honestly enjoying it.
