And how the hell does 'unique' forms of alchemy exist if it's all science based? It still pisses me off that NOBODY else figured out how to do fire magic even though the transmuation circle is clearly written on his gloves. Why aren't there dedicated alchemists trying to reverse engineer it if it's so OP. Also we NEVER EVER EVER see alchemy used outside of combat which is BS. Imagine turning pencil lead into a impenetrable wall or sand into a CPU with the snap of your fingers

I liked the limitation of fire alchemy being that you can only burn what you can see, and then having roy slowly losing his vision until he's compeltely blind, and then he starts using other's sight to aim
