What would you immediately do if you somehow managed to get 1 million dollars?

For me, I'd immediately schedule all appointments for my surgeries to fix my subhuman face. Quit my day job. Then move back to the Balkan and spend the last few years there with grandparents and family, while also trying to get a girlfriend there. If lucky maybe my grandparents would still be alive to see my kids.

Idk surgery prices, though I agree good idea. I would try to get the best surgeries I can + leave money to buy property in a place I'd choose to live + leave some cash to live there. A good idea is to also leave some money if you need to fix unsuccessful surgery. I would be fine working the rest of all life, being comfortable with my appearance.
I wonder if you can get top tier surgery, like Hollywood level, and how much in comparison to 1 mil$ that would cost

I guess, but I am not a big spender anyway. Food, phone, PC and internet is all I need. I can do 3 years+ with the same clothing until it starts wearing down. 5+ years with a phone/computer.

Still, it would be best to spend at least a portion of that money on a source where you yourself will gain further funds from, just so you don't have to worry about your economic situation ever again. That, and also you might need it for a medical emergency or something, though admittedly i don't know where you live so might be a moot point.
