My first priority would be trying to see if I could get ahold of something sharp, and I’d use it to stab myself in the neck.
If I couldn’t get something then maybe I could try using my nails to stab my neck. If my nails weren’t long enough to penetrate then I’d be screwed though because the malnutrition would greatly slow nail growth.
