What would happen if the Purge were real and only foids are allowed to kill?

Let's pretend the Purge is real but there are few rules:

- Foids are allowed to kill men, but not other foids

I assume men would go ER en masse at first. Imagine your father, brother or best friend dying to some stupid whore during the purge. Revenge killings after the first purge would become a deterrent that prevents foids from participating in future purges.

It's the same reason why foids don't just falsely accuse every man they don't like of sexual harassment. Sure, people might believe them and the man will probably get in trouble...but is it worth the possibility of getting killed by the man who just got his public image & reputation destroyed? Not really.
