What would you advise me in this situation
I'm one year away of getting my bachelor in computer engineering ( I'm from Haiti) however i got accepted in the humanitarian program.

Do you think i should stay , complete the degree and come in the Usa ?
Or buy my ticket to come in the Usa ?

With another year, I would make sure you get classes in algorithms, comp organization, etc. That way you can also work in software engineering as well as hardware. Software is in higher demand. Hardware can make more, but jobs are limited to a few specific geographic areas
