I'm a curry I can describe a typical curry household; I don't know for anyone else but from when I was really young my mother would openly admit she beat me and my relatives would ask whether or not I'm scared of here; next thing you know they're joking about their anger and my aunts would be like, "Oh yeah that's how I discipline my child too. Sometimes that's the only way they learn."

I can honestly say I hate my culture; don't like one bit of it; but hey I turned out this way because of them and although there are redeeming qualities I don't want anyone else to share the same plight.
