This. HTN retards here think they're "mentalcels" because they're mildly autistic.

I believe it is a title given to those who otherwise have nothing wrong with them appearance wise (decent height, decent face, no abnormalities) but believes they are incel due to a slight mental condition or something of the sort.

I have yet to understand whether those with autism are put under this banner. Some make a very clear distinction between those who need external help to complete simple tasks, and those who "simply" have Aspergers and perhaps have decent motor skills and can function without aid. I have seen many here say that they believe the latter to be mentalcels, to which I'd obviously disagree. I guess they'd have to take looks into consideration and also how your condition inhibits you.
