Cope What Music Do You Like?

Some of my favourite bands are in no particular order The Stranglers, Ian Dury & The Blockheads, Oasis, Blur, The Specials, Elvis Costello & The Attractions, Madness, Bad Manners, The Undertones, XTC, The Hollies, Blondie, The Clash, Kate Bush and many others but those are just what came to mind.

The only music I really hate is rap and maybe that club sounding music that is very loud every other genre has something I like.

I always had a penchant for jazz. My autistic ass used to watch The Weather Channel (+The Weather Network in Canuckland) when I was a lad. Iykyk

Yes, Indeed. I started from there, I wouldn’t listen to more complex styles of metal if it wasn’t for the classics, I still appreciate them even though the sub genres i listen today are far from the conventional stuff.

Glad I started listening to metal by starting from Iron Maiden instead of... Nu-Metal or Alt Metal :feelspuke:

That's interesting because i'm the complete opposite. I just can't bear listening to robotic voices and i absolutely hate vocaloid (even though i'm a weeb) but i could listen to tom waits or johnny cash for hours at a time. I don't really care how much love or sex they get as long as i enjoy their music

It's a black/death fusion that takes from 1st Wave BM/Proto-BM extreme metal bands (Bathory, Celtic Frost, Hellhammer) and combines with Death Metal. Listen to Blashemy, Beherit and Conqueror to get an idea of it.

Hmm if it's like doom metal i can't possibly hate it. I just associated it with power metal since it has a lot of war themes in it (also classical metal for some reason) which i hate

I love grindcore lmao. I don't mind loud noisey music i listen to noise rock,power violence and pornogrind on the daily

To be honest, I'm pretty eclectic. I listen to a lot of different genres: Rap, hip-hop, pop, jazz, rock, lo-fi, MPB, video game music, and many others.
