For me, I listen to all kinds of music: hardstyle, pop, basic white girl music, rock n roll, movie soundtracks, especially from the Rocky movies, and rap (mostly old school rap). Yeah, I have a very electric taste in music. What are your favorite workout songs/genres, bands, or artists you listen to? Any reccomdnations?

Punk rock metal for weightlifting rap for cardio since it fits more with it most niggers i’ve seen at the gym do cardio?

Nothing. I rough it and go with no music at all

I go through periods; sometimes I listen to music, sometimes I mess around online while I exercise. I usually listen to my playlist, it's a mix of sad, serious, epic, funny, and calm music. Fantasy and other exceptions.

Rock and metal

None, tbh. I have to pay attention to the smallest details, including any grinding, crackling, or popping sounds that I may not necessarily feel. Those will tell me if something is not right and I need to back off. An injury could be around the corner and set me back.

I usually listen to 80s pop and metal. I like extreme thrash metal like Kreator
