So I asked my sister why she feels safe with me out in public when I’m small and weak, the same size as her pretty much, we also have the same size hands. She couldn’t answer but still says she feels safe and protected.

I even asked her what if she saw me get beat up by a taller and stronger man. She still said she wouldn’t feel any less safe. It doesn’t make sense, I would typically think she’s lying. But she even tells our mother that she feels safer being out with me, more safe than with my younger brother who is darker, has a stronger looking frame than me and bigger hands, and a slightly higher height.
