Definitions:
1 - Completely low inhib: You have never even thought about social anxiety
2 - Slight inhib (normal): Experienced some social anxiety at things like public speaking or things mainstream normies also dislike. Normie level inhibition is not noticeable to others
3 - Higher than average inhib: You had stronger than average social anxiety growing up but managed to overcome some of it. You probably might still get visibly nervous public speaking
4 - Very high social anxiety: You grew up being socially anxious and struggled to overcome it. For example you may experience shakey voice, shakey hands, sweating. You are visibly nervous in front of others
5- Extreme inhibition: Almost agoraphobic or maybe agoraphobic
