I just figured this was worth doing.

I selected very bad for myself because I have overall bad OCD, but I am much better than I used to be at least

It does seem to be overall improving even if I have some bumps here and there.

I guess bad compared to a normal person. I have anxiety but it has been good lately. I just don’t have really any support structure. So I’m left alone with my thought. And then there’s the whole incel thing at an old age…

Somewhere between bad and normal. I just feel empty inside. Like all of my motivation is empty. The only thing that gets me in gear are deadlines, but otherwise my internal drive is nil. I've been conditioned by the machine and I fucking hate it.
