I'm asking you, as an individual, at what hour do you go to sleep?
I'm currently sleeping at 4am and can't seem to change it. So I'm actually asking for advice as to how sleep (and get up) earlier.

the time I sleep and awaken are always different each day

0 am week days 4 am weekends

23.30 to bed, Fall to sleep at 2am, wake up at 6am :feelsokman:

Depends but usually like 2-4am

I try to aim for midnight but I usually end up staying up to 1-2AM

2-4 am.
If you wanna improooooov, then start with the basic bullshit of trying to reduce your sleeping time an hour every 2 days till you reach the desired hour of sleep.
Just remove pc and phone at night and eat before sunset only.

If u want it quick, just don't sleep tonight and sleep next night at the time u wanna sleep and keep it up.

kept staying up till at least 5 or 6am :feelsugh:

When I'm drunk enough. That's usually sometime after sunrise.

I remember when I was younger, my parents banned me from using my pc and phone, so I planned on not sleeping, I had enough to last the entire night; so first thing I do is read the Evangelion collection I got. 2 volumes later had to call it a night.
I don't remember what I dreamt that night, but it was the most satisfying sleep I ever had, I woke up HAPPY. It never happened to me again, but can you imagine waking up HAPPY? I am normally grumpy and pissed off when I wake up, but that was the only exception in my life.

I went to sleep at 8 am yesterday

I try to keep it 2am but it is difficult to maintain

At the crack of dawn

Staying up that late should just be a weekend thing. Sleep is a good cope so I like to go to bed around 10pm. Friday and Saturday I might stay up till 3 am or so.

I had this exact same sleep pattern for many years, like 2014-2020 or so. Even a few months ago I was still going "around the clock" with my bedtime, like 10 pm would be my bedtime, 2 weeks later 10 A.M., then 10 pm another 2 weeks later. I read it's very rare and I thought only blind people had this type of sleep schedule (it's called Non-24). My psychiatrist had never heard of it. What do you think causes it? Do you plan to stop sleeping this way and have a set bedtime?

usually 5 or 6 am

i don't mind sleeping like this

lack of sun light and sedentarism probably
My main problem with it is that I read it's unhealthy....like I read a study of nurses with rotating shifts (who went to bed at different times of the day or night every couple of weeks) and they had like a 30% higher risk of cancer. The scientists claim it's from lack of melatonin from being awake all night.

1 am rn but 2am most of the time
