i think it has to be the death animation from predator hunting grounds where the predator rips out the backbone from a living soldier
Fallout 3 because initially before Broken Steel DLC was released you couldn't send that Fawkes supermutant companion inside the Project Purity chamber so he could activate it and not die yourself from radiation. At least Bethesda should've either allowed us to become ghouls after having been exposed to such amount of radiation or, at the very least convert the Lone Wanderer's dad into a ghoul (given Lone Wanderer was also rescued by Elder Lyon during the post game ending DLC, so James should've technically survived somehow).
