Personally I think quality of life goes downhill significantly after 21, but most are strong enough mentally to live long past that age. In the US at least, there are almost no universal or widespread benefits to aging past age 21 (drinking age, so you can legally cope with alcohol). But most incels, including myself, have other copes to keep us going for now.
The agepill is the most brutal pill of all, because nobody can turn back the clock. Ever. Not even Chad. Everything physically goes downhill after 25 as well, all men are done growing or have been done for years, neuroplasticity starts to decline, etc, and from there it is just a slow decline until death.

KHHV status is not the problem. it is one of many manifistations of the real problem which is bad genetics. being bullied in school, getting insulted by bypassers on the street, countless rejections, "social anxiety" and countless other things stem from not having what it takes to make it in this society which is good genetics. ask yourself : if you were to wake up tomorrow at 6'10 with a broad frame and robust face, would you still want to rope? i highly doubt that
