Apparently China is off loading their excess population into Africa. Now I have no idea what quality of rice are moving their but I asked myself who exactly wants to move to Africa instead of USA, sunny Spain, Australia, Switzerland. Shieeet even Brazil or Ecuador is more desirable than Africa or even Morocco is more better than Subsaharan Africa.
So because I was thinking like that I was wondering are the highest quality rice landing in black Africa? What is the average IQ of rice that land in Africa. I dont mean the rice that goes there to build infrastrcture and then moves to the project , I actually mean the rice that move to Africa to stay for good.
