The average white American is very mixed anyway like English/Scottish/Irish/Italian/German/Dutch.
I see it all the time in cousin matches on Ancestry DNA website.
Whereas I am just Irish and Scottish.

It is happening here too though, a lot of Irish will have Eastern European surnames in future generations.
