Social defeat is the "social anxiety" but for incels, only that social defeat is real and not some invention to sell pills
Social anxiety is irrational anxiety, Social Defeat is REAL anxiety caused by stress (humiliation, abuse, neglect by parents,any social stressors)
And the best thing about this is that you don't need to be diagnosed by a doctor.
You have to analyze any stressful circumstance in your life, how you reacted and how you coped.
And we are an example, many here were victims of abuse, of all kinds and we cope with drugs, alcohol, porn, gore, lying around and rotting.

If only we had won the competition against Chad and Life in our teenage years
we wouldn't have such destructive copes as adults

Although this applies more to youngcels
If they are humiliated,socially and sexually excluded, this is what awaits them.

There's not much to take responsibility for when your lifestyle was decided by complications beyond your control.

My lifestyle is a cycle of cope and suffering.

To me, there is nothing to life beyond that.

I feel so utterly defeated, I can't even find strength to fight back.
