I just saw a post on instagram about a deceased alabama prisoner who was found and his organs were missing. Ive never really understood what it was. What are they using the organs for, people even go as far as kidnap. Someone please enlighten me

They usually sell them to people who are dying because one or more of their organs are failing. Most people don't donate their organs and things like blood type also play a factor as to why most people can't get organs legally before they die, so they turn to shady doctors and the black market.
