Basically its a crush that will never go beyond that. Someone with oneitis dreams of a relationship with the person they are ‘in love’ with. Despite that other person not knowing they exist.

What if someone has/had a few crushes? For example, I was attracted to one female in school but she didn't even knew it because I couldn't even dreamt of asking her ( she was a typical Stacy but not mean but disparity between us was colossal ).
Later in life I also had a few crushes but not very serious. So, is my first crush my oneitis?
