I now believe thats its 100% true. India has some really really really low IQ people and there are 100's of millions of them. India also has high IQ people but there seems to be almost 900 million really low IQ Indians.

Like is it impossible to make currys understand not to mess around on trains? But they still do it. Everyday single day without fail a new video comes out of currys killed by trains its becoming ridiculous.
