A key difference between these is Margh has a core robot that the armour attaches to. The core robot makes the cab & the armour makes the trailer.

While Commander Stack transforms from robot to vehicle without needing to remove any pieces. Basically the entire figure makes the truck & trailer.

Margh for me, the more metallic blue & better proportions makes it better. Also i like the core robot gimmick & the core robot is painted really well.

Commander stack definitely has a better vehicle mode as the trailer for Margh has several issues. The cab is excellent tho.
