I'm 7k take home pay but my area is expensive. Looking to buy rental property and live off the income by paying the principal down so it cash flows. Then just buy another property similar way. If I get equity buy another. Basically aim for 3-4 rental properties at about 10 units total and let the tenants pay it down.
