that might take a while unfortunately.
I was in a similar situation in 2019 where people I knew took money from my account when they weren't meant to.
They promised to pay me back, but they didn't after multiple months.
I had to contact this agency to really get on their ass and get them to fork over the money they owned me, which I finally got.
