Let's assume a hypothetical where Massah steps down and for some strange reason, he decides to nominate me (of all people, he won't ofc) to succeed him.
Basically these are the changes I'd make:
- GrAYslop filtering. All GrAYs (users with either less than 500 posts or less than 1 month on the site), will have ANY threads they make pre-filtered. This is to reduce the content flow IT has from this site, and improve post quality.
- Enforcement of offtopic rule. Anytime someone posts "Inceldom Discussed" in an ID thread, the jannies will be automatically notified and can move the thread to the appropriate subforum. Misuse can constitute a warning not exceeding 30%. Repeated misuse will result in a permaban.
- Any user that has received a 100% warning twice is automatically permabanned. No ifs, no buts, you WILL be perma'd if that happens.
- The minimum postcount for the Sewers will be increased from 300 to 3000. This is to stop postmaxxing by GrAYtards.
I feel site quality would IMPROOOOVE dramatically once these are implemented.
