What happens, when you literally cannot force yourself to work at all?

I barely subsist now, and am content with a roof and food.

Anyone reached the point where you go utterly destitute?

Nothing wrong with that. If society aint for you then quit.
Many quit before you, they called Mormons, off the grid people and other groups like hippies, rastas, rural folk etc etc etc.

buy a van and just do door dash once or twice a week for food and internet connection money. Live in the van in a nice warm sunny state or if you have a good warm sleeping bag then in a cold state and when ever you ready to get a full time job then reenter society.

You should move to some European country and get social support. You can easily be homeless as soon as you lose and job and can't pay rent in a shithole country.
