What happens if I roll back my GPU Drivers through Device Manager?

Any high IQ techcels can help me out here? I never updated my GPU since reinstalling windows yet it gives me an option to roll back drivers, what would happen? It would use microsoft ones?

It would use old ass ones. I would try downloading latest ones from AMD website. Also disable windows auto driver install, they usually have outdated ones

Ignore any windows optional gpu driver updates completely. They fuck up your cpu, can't be rolled back sometimes and the only fix is to reinstall windows.
