Not a richcel so I can't eat out or order food 5 days a week so I bring my own food to work. I usually have sandwiches (ham, salami, etc.), pasta salads or food that tastes okay reheated in the microwave like chicken curry or chili con carne, also I can cook large quantities of these foods and freeze tuppers so I don't have to cook again for another day, I just have to leave it in the fridge all night so it's thawed for the next day. I always add a piece of fruit (usually a banana or an apple) and a chocolate bar. I avoid eating much during my work break because otherwise I feel sleepy and the rest of the day passes slowwwwwwwwwwwly.
