In that case...
At optimal times past meaning when I had more energy I’d do the wise thing my mother does which is stuffing the inside of the raw beef with cut up onions ie the beef you thaw and then shape into your hamburger patties.
Then from there cover them in various burger seasoning ie I think the variety I use is either Montreal or McCormick burger seasoning and or just plain old salt and pepper.
Then I’ll just cook them in the pan until they are well done and depending on my mood add a Kraft singles cheese slice that I will let melt and top it with more sautéed onions on the outside and salt everything again right before putting mustard and ketchup on those bad boys and eating them finally.
If I had even more energy and didn’t mind the cleanup of getting additional pans dirty I’d cook up some packaged bacon to place atop the burgers to really set everything off.
