You can only improve your looks so much. even the most extreme surgery can only take a softmaxxed 3 to a 5 if it goes well. sure do the low hanging fruit, get lean, clear your skin and take finasteride if ur balding but if ur still ugly, ascension is mostly a pipedream and even if you do, it won't undo the lifetime of trauma.
