I've probably swiped on over 10k women on apps. Of course, I rejected some people to trick the algorithm from burying me but still no cigar

I would say that is an overestimate regarding ratio of matches to meets because of how many women go on apps simply for an ego boost, are inactive, or lose interest after two messages

I keep hearing this but then see that probably half of relationships started from apps. In bars I usually see people keeping to their own groups so they aren't really meeting there. Although, I don't know anyone in real life who met through an app that I know of... but I don't know a lot of people
