The universe does, and life on Earth will go extinct and cease to exist one day. Ending all life now would save potentially trillions of living beings from leading meaningless lives of misery, let alone hundreds of billions of sentient humans from experiencing the "human condition," which is more accurately defined as living in a torture machine. The inevitability of extinction alone wholly validates effilism and anti-natalism alone.
