I live in the biggest country of latin america but at the end of the day it's all same bullshit so let's get this over with. Keep in mind this is my opinion as someone who lives here
There are three social classes in latin america daily life. The first are the impoverished, slum niggas and shit like that. Second are lower middle class. And the last are the upper middle class. Not counting the ultra rich because they're barely a social class. Lower middle class and impoverished are the majority.
All of the white collar jobs that pay a humane wage around here are reserved for upper middle class citizens and richer who are born into good families and go to good colleges. Anything else blue collar is sub par living standards. Sometimes poor niggas get into good college but the standards are extremely rigged just like jobs.
Almost all cops and politicians are completely crooked. The police use their power + lack of infrastructure to abuse their power. The politicians use the bureaucracy to help rich people and fuck over the lives of poor people
The cartel, militias and muggers are left to run amok and do whatever they want. Cartels take control of poorer areas, be it slums and poor neighborhoods. Militias take control of poorer areas that aren't slums. And muggers just fuck shit up everywhere. Lots of street and criminal justice as well as coercion and buying citizens needs or protection. State law is incompetent. There is no law.
Everywhere is ghetto except for upper middle class neighborhoods. People here get brutalized and fucked up over the mildest bull shit and are born to be forced into terrible living conditions and doing stupid shit. Lots of sadistic criminals. Prisons are overcrowded and completely unregulated, meaning prisoners can do whatever they want. Lots of homeless people. Lots of functional illiterates. Lots of sadism because spics are of course the most sadistic of all.
The public infrastructure we have here can not even be considered a real thing. It is just for show. The rich have the upper hand and they've decided that they get more money if public healthcare, public education and etc are shitty. So private schools, private education and etc are better.
Except for colleges. Federal colleges are meant for the elite who went to private schools. The pipeline is private school to federal colleges. And they are full of richfags.
Culture here is extremely localized and borderline disconnected from the international community. It took them years to even notice that and even now ppl from my country still struggle to catch up. Brazilians have terrible english most of the time (if they're wealthy less so, but even the wealthy have shitty english) and entertainment is heavily fucking translated from memes to media to even music.
Because all politicians are crooked and the rich benefit from widespread misery of tbe blue collar worker and nepotism and hold all the power there is no incentive to make anything better. The population is complacent and content enough with casually living like shit and being slaves. The government do the bare minimum, just enough to keep poor people from revolting (KEK) and that pretty much describes it.
Not to mention the cavemen people here cope with religion (evangelicals) They're insanely brainwashed by the state, media and programmed into being good little goys who support the people who want them to be fucked up in the first place (in this case, all the wealthy mfs from this country) all while they watch soccer and go to church
Meanwhile people who are aware of this (and or grow aware of this) are forced to watch unable to do anything. People will keep arguing about politics and which politician is worse while all of them have been found to have been laundering public money and letting public infrastructure rot.
