What do you think about before you sleep

I usually think of some imaginary foid and an idealized version of me being in various romantic scenarios.

Sometimes we are in an snowy cabin/building while hungry wolves are prowling outside. And the thought that we are inside and safe brings me comfort and helps fall asleep

Other comforting thoughts i have are about a group of armed adventurers in medieval times going on a journey through forests. And some times i think about characters with superpowers acting as bodyguards for me

It all comes back to themes of protection.
