if you don't know anything about those things then yeah.
if you do, then there is plenty to talk about, even if you avoid landmines (you must never make yourself sound weak, oppressed, or unusually singled out for abuse or hardship compared to others)
you could start by mentioning what your hometown was like and what you did there, what you were good at in school, what you weren't good at in school, things that you achieved however small, your future goals even if they are made up bullshit, it's all good if you just remember anything at all about your life
this is all pretty lofty though, in practice she will want to talk about exes and other "realpolitik" stuff that takes all the life out of everything
