for me it's a sunset combined with multiple people, especially couples, laughing together along with mainstream songs. all taking place on concrete grounds

Pretty much any decent day during early spring/fall gives me an intense feeling of nostalgic despair and giga brutal melancholy knowing what I will never have and what I lost out on. Ironically the more mundane it is the worse it feels.
